Valve Tech Laboratory Inc is certified to test and repair ASME Code Section VIII air, gas, liquid, steam and ASME Code Section I steam safety and safety relief valves.

 
We are capable of testing valves both in the shop and in the field. Our mobile test units are equipped to handle repairs from the smaller threaded valve to the larger flanged models.
 
If your test requirements include valves that cannot be tested by means of standard bench testing, look no farther than Valve Tech. All of our technicians are trained and qualified to test valves in place using in-service test devices.
 
Maybe your test requirements include valves which are welded in place, too large to be handled safely, or set pressures high enough that testing using conventional methods may cause damage to the valve itself, call Valve Tech. We have a computerized lift assist device that can be used to determine the set pressure of many types of valves.
